TRIP PAYMENT PAGE

To make trip payments, you may either use your credit card (3% extra charge embedded in the payments to cover PayPal fees--use buttons at the bottom of this page), or you may deposit a check directly into our account at any Wells Fargo Branch Bank at no extra charge. For direct deposit, our account is under the name "Bernard Kent Porter". The routing number for the bank is 121042882, and the account number is 6634451840. If your bank uses the Zelle Payment Service, you may use your online banking service to send any payment directly to Kent. For the Zelle Service, you will need his email address kentporter@mac.com or his cell number 707-972-2349 .Please do not mail your trip payments.

Payment Schedule

•1st payment—$750 (of which $575 is nonrefundable after 6/1/19)—due now.
•2nd payment—$1,000—due on or before June 1, 2019.
•3rd payment—$1,000—due on or before August 1, 2019.
•4th payment—$1,000—due on or before October 1, 2019.
•5th payment—$1,000—due on or before December 1, 2019.
•6th payment—$1,000—due on or before February 1, 2020.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. After enrollment, if you decide to cancel, the following penalties will apply:

After June 1, 2019--$575 fee (the non-refundable deposit of 10% of total trip base price) plus any expenses incurred by Independent Tours which cannot be refunded by travel providers.

No refund available for any funds paid as of January 31, 2020 unless a cancelling trip participant can be replaced

Note that if you choose to pay by credit card, the 3% PayPal fees added on to your payment are non-refundable the moment your transaction goes through with PayPal.

Independent Tours recommends that you consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Information on various on-line plans can be found linked on Rick Steves' web page on the topic found here.

**Note: The final trip payment on February 1, 2020 is automatically non-refundable.
